C Venumadhav and Smt. C Sirisharani, Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore which is currently under collateral/ mortgage loan with Union Bank of India, Richmond Town Branch, Bangalore (the intended purchase shall be soon after repayment or mortgage loan release of collateral with said Union Bank of India by Sri C.
