PUBLIC NOTICE In the matter of EPFO versus Surya Enterprises (CT Cases 2557/2016), PF Code No. DSSHD/23289 It is hereby informed that M/s Surya Enterprises closed its business in December, 2015 and vide letter dated 23.08.2016, it was communicated to the PF Department about the closure of the Business. Prior to 2016, hard copy of KYC/Verification used to took place, however, post 2016, online portal and KYC was commenced. No Active employees are present and in future, if there is any requirement of KYC with regard to pending employees, the same shall be complied by M/s Surya Enterprises. M/s Surya Enterprises undertakes to comply the KYC as and when the need so arises. All former employees are requested to take note of the above information.
