Hotapeti has purchased the Flat Bearing No.C-1, Ground Floor of Ananda Apartments situated at 9th Cross, 2nd main, J P Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore. has acquired the same by way of sale deed dated 20.08.2014, vide Doc.No.3831/14-15 at SRO Jayanagar. He has mortgaged the above said Property to State Bank of Mysore, the mother deed dated 11.02.2005 vide Doc.No,6336/2005-06, has lost in the Jayanagar at SRO premises, complaint has been filed and Public Notice also given through two newspapers on 25.8.14.
